Packages: Flat Fee Options
We Keep Things Simple. No hourly billing. All packages are pre-paid, so clients can budget effectively. Payment plans are available upon request. We are happy to customize a package for your particular needs. Simply pick the package that is right for you:
Package 1: Nuts and Bolts
Entity registration
EIN number
Initial review of name for trademark purposes
Up to two (2) hours of consultation
Review of one (1) agreement, up to two (2) pages; and
Up to one (1) hour of review of document revisions.

Package 2: Get in the Game
Operating Agreement; Membership Agreements; Buy Sell Agreements; Shareholder Agreements (as necessary)
Thorough review of current business plan
Creation of strategic plan for five (5) years, including methods for savings investment into your business and options for investor opportunities
Review of one (1) additional contract, up to five (5) pages; and
Review of document revisions, up to three (3) hours.

Package 3: The Alignment Method
This is a special package offered to clients who believe they'd like ongoing legal support (typically 12 months).
The Alignment Method includes weekly support for 3 months, and includes three "Phases":
First we VISION together, discussing exactly what you'd like to achieve, including practical and legal considerations;
Next we create a BUSINESS ROADMAP for how you will enact your vision, including the legal process necessary (agreements, filings, applications, etc.); and
Finally, we IMPLEMENT your plan by creating the appropriate action.
